摘要:

本文全面概述了新一代高速动车组车体创新优化过程,详细分析了新一代高速动车组车体在气动优化、气密强度与气密性、模态匹配与减振降噪、轻量化等方面的创新设计。仿真和试验结果表明:新一代高速动车组车体具有足够的强度、刚度与结构稳定性、优良的振动与疲劳特性,良好的气动与噪声性能。

摘要:

基于新一代中国高速列车(动车组)关键技术的研究发展趋势和策略问题进行详细讨论和技术展望。主要内容包括:首先,介绍国际先进轨道车辆制造商在其新一代车辆开发过程中采用的先进设计技术和理念,分层次研究其各自的核心技术特点和未来其可能的技术发展趋势。其次,在国内外文献研究的基础上,结合中国高速铁路车辆发展的自身特点和实际情况,针对具体的牵引传动技术、转向架技术、车体设计技术等可能面临的核心技术难题,提出一些分析建议。最后,在综合考虑轨道车辆造型发展趋势及设计原则的基础上,根据集成设计的理论与多学科优化设计方法,针对新一代中国高速铁路动车组可能面临的重大技术挑战与策略和改进措施的研究提出一些明确的建议。总之,通过本文的初步研究,希望可以对我国高速列车未来的发展方向和趋势提出一些有益的建议。

Value and governance of high-speed railway

摘要: This paper considers multiple perspectives to explore the concept of high-speed railway (HSR), rationally abstract its value formation mechanism, and quantitatively measure its actual performance. This paper analyzes the governance potential of major countries in the high-speed railway value chain and studies the feasible ways and development strategies to enhance the high-speed railway governance in China. Findings of this paper are as follows. First, the government, as the early manager of high-speed railway governance, has given way to Siemens and other integrated enterprises. Second, the high-speed railway standard output has become the core competitiveness that embodies high-speed railway. Third, the global high-speed railway market presents a hierarchical high-speed railway governance model and changes to a modular approach to governance.

高速道岔是高速铁路轨道结构的关键,其结构与状态对列车运行安全和运行品质具有重大影响。文章介绍了高速道岔设计参数和平面线形,扣件、岔枕、道岔转换系统等部件主要结构特征,高速道岔设计理论,相关技术条件及取得的创新成果,对于中国高速铁路道岔的进一步研制、试验验证及推广使用具有重要的指导意义。

Interactive effects of high-speed rail on nodal zones in a city: exploratory study on China

摘要: The arrival of the high-speed rail (HSR) era has accelerated the pace of urban development, but its broad socioeconomic impact remains subject to intense debates. This research aims to propose a model for measuring the impact of HSR operation on HSR stations and the surrounding areas, which this research call the HSR-based nodal zone (HNZ). The proposed model is composed of two variables (i.e., transportation situation and vitality) and three subsystems (i.e., economic, societal, and environmental). Data were collected in China through questionnaire survey. Results indicate that the effects of HSR operation on HNZ are multidimensional, transportation vitality has an intermediary role in the effects, and the effects on the physical environment are negative. This study presents an early examination of the impact of HSR operation on the HSR stations and relevant areas and contributes new evidence to academic debates on the contribution of HSR to urban development. Accordingly, urban development policies should be built on the mechanism of HSR in driving the growth of HNZ.

Development of an analytical model to estimate the churning losses in high-speed axial piston pumps

摘要: The axial piston pumps in aerospace applications are often characterized by high-speed rotation to achieve great power density. However, their internal rotating parts are fully immersed in the casing oil during operation, leading to considerable churning losses (more than 10% of total power losses) at high rotational speeds. The churning losses deserve much attention at the design stage of high-speed axial piston pumps, but accurate analytical models are not available to estimate the drag torque associated with the churning losses. In this paper, we derive the analytical expressions of the drag torque acting on the key rotating parts immersed in oil, including the cylinder block and the multiple pistons in a circular array. The calculated drag torque agrees well with the experimental data over a wide range of rotational speeds from 1500 to 12000 r/min. The presented analytical model provides practical guidelines for reducing the churning losses in high-speed axial piston pumps or motors.

Being good or being known: International reputation of high-speed railway enterprises

摘要: With fierce competition in the global high-speed railway (HSR) market, international reputation has become essential for enterprises to venture into overseas markets. However, few studies have been performed on the international reputation of HSR enterprises. This study aims to reveal the formation mechanism of HSR enterprises’ international reputation by developing a theoretical framework. The researchers identified five factors and proposed a hypothetical path model based on a comprehensive literature review. After the pilot study, questionnaires were distributed to practitioners in the international HSR industry for data collection. The path model was validated based on partial least-squares structural equation modeling. Eight of the nine paths are statistically supported. Researchers have structured a theoretical framework for the international reputation of HSR enterprises from two perspectives: Being good and being known. Subsequently, a strategic framework was developed to provide targeted promotion strategies for HSR enterprises. The findings of this study contribute to existing international reputation theories using the theoretical model and provide beneficial guidance for HSR enterprises to improve their international reputation through a strategic framework.

Case modifying of high-speed cutting database based on CSP and similarity theory

摘要: By analyzing the reasoning of a high-speed cutting database system, a case modifying method is put forward. According to the variables’ difference of the solution part in a case, a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) and similarity calculation are used to modify a case. The constraint relationship of discrete variables is described by establishing a rule knowledge base. The algorithm of CSP is used to solve the discrete variable constraint problem. On the basis of the high-speed cutting theory, a similarity calculation formula is deduced to calculate the consecutive variables. The CSP and similarity calculation are applied to case modifying, which is possible to automatically modify cases in the high-speed cutting database system.

摘要: In this paper, the components of a high-speed cutting system are analyzed firstly. The component variables of the high-speed cutting system are classified into four types: uncontrolled variables, process variables, control variables, and output variables. The relationships and interactions of these variables are discussed. Then, by analyzing and comparing intelligent reasoning methods frequently used, the hybrid reasoning is employed to build the high-speed cutting database system. Then, the data structures of high-speed cutting case base and databases are determined. Finally, the component parts and working process of the high-speed cutting database system on the basis of hybrid reasoning are presented.

Comprehensive measurement and evaluation system of high-speed motorized spindle

Reducing the manufacturing time is the trend of high-precision manufacturing, and the precision of a work-piece is very important for manufacturing industry. The high-speed motorized spindle is the most critical part and becoming more widely used in the machine tool at present, and its precision may affect the overall performance of high-speed cutting. Most of the studies on high-speed cutting are focused on the cutting force, the vibration of the spindle and effects of the spindle’s thermal deformations; hence, how to roundly measure and objectively evaluate high-speed spindle is an imminence question of it because the comprehensive dynamic properties and evaluation system of spindles directly affect the cutting ability of the whole machine tool before they are manufactured. This paper presents a comprehensive measurement and evaluation system of high-speed motorized spindle, which reflects the overall performance of motorized spindle and bases on international standard.

Machine learning for fault diagnosis of high-speed train traction systems: A review

摘要: High-speed trains (HSTs) have the advantages of comfort, efficiency, and convenience and have gradually become the mainstream means of transportation. As the operating scale of HSTs continues to increase, ensuring their safety and reliability has become more imperative. As the core component of HST, the reliability of the traction system has a substantially influence on the train. During the long-term operation of HSTs, the core components of the traction system will inevitably experience different degrees of performance degradation and cause various failures, thus threatening the running safety of the train. Therefore, performing fault monitoring and diagnosis on the traction system of the HST is necessary. In recent years, machine learning has been widely used in various pattern recognition tasks and has demonstrated an excellent performance in traction system fault diagnosis. Machine learning has made considerably advancements in traction system fault diagnosis; however, a comprehensive systematic review is still lacking in this field. This paper primarily aims to review the research and application of machine learning in the field of traction system fault diagnosis and assumes the future development blueprint. First, the structure and function of the HST traction system are briefly introduced. Then, the research and application of machine learning in traction system fault diagnosis are comprehensively and systematically reviewed. Finally, the challenges for accurate fault diagnosis under actual operating conditions are revealed, and the future research trends of machine learning in traction systems are discussed.
